Daniel Kaplan is a Managing Director at Equitage Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm supporting entrepreneurs who are addressing the unmet physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs of older adults. Previously, he was an investor at Generator Ventures, focused on senior care and aging innovations, where he worked on investments such as IntelyCare, Vesta Healthcare, and Third Eye Health. Earlier, he worked at Deloitte and ClearCare, a leading platform for home care agencies. He holds a BA from Dickinson College and an MBA and MS in Gerontology from USC.
