Sally Ann Frank leads the global Health & Life Sciences strategy programs and portfolio for Microsoft for Startups, an organization accelerating the development of innovative, market-making companies. Previously, she was part of Microsoft’s IoT Solutions team, helping healthcare and life sciences companies use IoT to improve outcomes and efficiency. She earned an MBA from The George Washington University, an MS from USC, and a BS from Virginia Tech. She is the author of The Startup Protocol and is currently writing The Unicorn Protocol, due January 2026.
