In his role as Chief Medical Officer at Best Buy Health, Dr. Ben Zaniello delivers strategic clinical oversight and regulatory guidance, ensuring that Best Buy Health’s solutions are both clinically effective and technologically advanced, meeting the unique requirements for Health Systems, Health Plans, and patients. Dr. Zaniello is an Infectious Disease specialist with a clinical focus on underserved patients. His undergraduate work was completed at Stanford, and medical school degree acquired at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He did his Internal Medicine residency at Weill Cornell Medical Center and Infectious Disease fellowship at the University of Washington where he also received his Masters in Public Health. Prior to joining Best Buy Health Dr. Zaniello was the Chief Medical Information Officer of Population Health at Providence where he ran vendor selection and advised their venture fund. More recently he served as Chief Medical Officer for PointClickCare, the nation’s largest senior care platform. He is a practicing physician affiliated with the University of Utah.
