Dr. Harrell is a thought leader and change agent in creating homes and communities that support people of all ages. He leads a team of issue experts within the AARP Public Policy Institute, is an enterprise lead on housing and livable communities issues, and lead creator of the AARP Livability Index platform and other innovations.
